BYB Partners with Domain!

Before You Buy (BYB) reports are now available via the Domain website listings for all properties on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Buyers can head to domain.com.au for all their property due diligence needs. If there is not a BYB report available, at the click of a button buyers can let the sales agent know that they are interested in viewing one and a BYB report can be arranged. Simply click on the “Get the building & pest report” or “Get the strata report” and follow the steps.

For agents and vendors, this partnership allows more bidders to perform due diligence on your property at a fraction of the cost.
