Once your easy-to-read report is ready (generally within 2-4 business days if it isn’t available for immediate download), you will be able to speak with the report writer directly about any queries
As the reporter does not physically visit the building they are reporting on, we recommend also purchasing a Building & Pest Inspection report as defects may be identified that the body corporate or strata manager are not aware of
